As part of my residency with Fresh Ground Pepper's PlayGround PlayGroup, I will be presenting a new draft of my play Deliver: Letters to the Motherland from a Foreign Body on April 16th.

Check out the Broadway World press release for details on the whole festival.  Be sure to check out The Tragical Historie of Maxmillien Robespierre where I will be performing a gender-bendy, Danton and the presentation of El Otro Lado Del Destino where I will be playing a spirit guide in this Afro-Latina supernatural play.

Liz Morgan and others receive the 2017 Torchbearer for Black Theatre Award by Liz Morgan

Every year, the Friends of Vivian Robinson acknowledge the pioneers of black theatre in a ceremony and celebration where nominated theatre artists committed to our community receive a symbolic torch from these mentors to carry on our traditions and light the way with our art.  It was a privilege to receive this honor along side my inspiring peers, Deborah McGee, Patrice Andrew Davidson, Nambi E. Kelley and Chisa Hutchinson.  Thank you and Congrats.
